Néanmoins, en apprenant à demeurer dans le présent, vous acquérez un sens de la perspective qui peut vous permettre d’apprendre du passé sans qu’il vous submerge de ressentiment et de regret, et de planifier l’avenir sans qu’il vous submerge d’anxiété ou d’abattement.

Ce cours aborde la pratique de la pleine conscience, le développement de l’intelligence émotionnelle, la distorsion cognitive et la thérapie cognitive basée sur la pleine conscience, la gratitude et la pleine conscience dans le service client et le leadership.
